I attended to a property in Broadbridge Heath Horsham to a potable expansion vessel on an unvented hot water system that had fallen down. Due to the vessel failing. I modified the system and fitted a floor-standing expansion vessel in the loft area, where there was plenty of room for service and maintenance, and inspection.
